At AuraX, we want shipping to be clear before you place an order. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping destinations, and international order details.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase requirement for free standard shipping.
Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Delivery estimates may vary by destination, carrier availability, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other delays outside of our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and other available international destinations shown at checkout. If a destination is not available during checkout, we are unable to ship to that location at this time.
International Orders, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, VAT, or local taxes. Any charges not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility and are determined by the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages, depending on fulfillment and carrier routing.
